Plenty of pages can mean less quality content and Google won’t rank you let alone other search engines.
All these pages will indeed be crawled over by bots and crawlers to update listings, but that doesn’t mean your website is getting more leads and traffic. It’s the job of good content to get a good number of customers.
9. Content > SEO
Not really. Even if you have outstanding content that deserves to be published as a book, you still need SEO to frame them in such a way that keywords, key phrases, and relevance is incorporated in your written material so search engines can find them, list them high, and through regular updating on your part, keep them there.
10. SEO & My IT Team = Good Choice
Not always. Just because SEO needs some level of technical know-how doesn’t mean that your IT team can manage the workload. IT has different skills to SEO, and the two don’t often meet.
